Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by mimBo's Development, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Covered

These terms apply to all mimBo's services including:

• Peppol Tools - Invoice validator, participant lookup, schema explorer, and country-specific e-invoicing resources for Germany, Netherlands, and Poland
• Discord Portal - Command builder, embed builder, bot management, welcome/goodbye configuration, and help center
• API Services - Peppol validation API, lookup API, and other programmatic interfaces
• Portal - Main navigation hub and utility pages

Service-Specific Terms

Peppol Tools

Our Peppol tools are provided for informational and validation purposes. While we strive for accuracy, results should be verified against official Peppol specifications. We are not liable for any business decisions made based on our tool outputs.

Discord Portal

When using Discord Portal services:

• You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Commands and embeds you create must not violate Discord's policies
• Bot tokens and credentials are your responsibility to keep secure
• We may remove content that violates our policies or Discord's policies

API Services

Use of our APIs is subject to:

• Rate limiting to ensure fair access for all users
• No automated scraping or abuse of endpoints
• Appropriate attribution when required
• Compliance with our API documentation guidelines

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when requested
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our proprietary software
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not use our services to harm others or distribute malicious content
• Not abuse API rate limits or attempt to circumvent restrictions
• Keep your Discord authentication credentials secure

Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and content created by mimBo's Development remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred through a written agreement. Custom work created for clients becomes the client's property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.

Payment Terms

For paid services, payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. Specific terms are outlined in individual project agreements.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
